Paralegal
Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Paralegal that can work independently and take an active role working with the Workers' Compensation department. This position requires a professional, highly motivated, organized individual capable of functioning in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as a team and under the direction of the attorneys at our prestigious law firm.
Job responsibilities include:
Uses word processing and document management software
to prepare and revise letters, file organization and trial preparation, order and summarize medical records, format and finalize a wide variety of documents, including
correspondence, memoranda, bill reviews, bill reduction and pleadings. Candidate
must be comfortable interacting with various departments around the office for
possible legal support to assignments, including Accounting, General Services,
Docketing/ Calendar Court Services; etc.
